Usapang Babae is a Filipino word where Usapan means talk or discussion and Babae is girl, woman or female. Usapang Babae in English is Girl's Talk, Woman Talk or Female Talk. Usapang Babae is an online magazine which covers topics that interest women like beauty, fashion, parenting, health, family, faith, relationship and a lot more.

As capacity-building project, WINNER serves the purpose of a long-distance and continuing education for women in the SME sector. Through the use of Internet tools, the project provides women entrepreneurs participating in the WINNER project with information on business opportunities, basic know-how in running their businesses, and capability in gearing their businesses to the global market - Pasay City.
