It has supervision and jurisdiction and control over air carrier, general sales agents cargo sales agent, and airfreight forwarders, as well their property, property rights, equipment, facilities and franchise - Old MIA Rd., Pasay City.

Among its missions is to provide safe, reliable and efficient air transport system and regulatory services as well as promote the economic viability, develop and regulate the technical, operational, safety and security functions of civil aviation - MIA Road, Pasay City.
