BFAP is among the very first recognized beach football organization in Asia, which aims to deviate people from drugs and instead invite them to have fun in the beach. Another BFAP objective is to promote tourism in the country and discover its hundred different beaches.
Its rules and regulations, which were adapted from different countries like the United States and Brazil had to undergo several "revisions/ improvements" in order to meet the Filipino standards.
