Consists of over 93 clubs with approximately 2,000 active members. It encompasses nine provinces in the southern portion of the island of Luzon namely Batangas, Laguna, Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, and Sorsogon, and the island provinces of Oriental Mindoro and Marinduque.
