Benguet, Ifugao , Bontoc (Mt. Province), Apayao, Kalinga and Abra is what BIBAK stands for, These are the names of provinces in the northern region of Luzon, Philippines. Inhabitants of these provinces are collectively known as Igorots and together with the Muslims of Southern Philippines compose the bulk of what is referred to as Cultural Minorities of the Philippines. BIBAK is therefore, an organization of Igorot descendants and are found in many parts of the world.
