- Fil-Am Community of St. Peter's Parish
The Filipino-American Community of St. Peter's Parish (FACSPP) originated from a small group of families from River Edge and Paramus NJ which hosted one "Simbang Gabi" (Midnight Mass). The St. Peter's "Simbang Gabi" now on it's 4th year has grown from these original families to about 400 attendees. Led by Nolan and Emma Pidor of Paramus, this organization's objective is to let Filipinos and Americans alike, experience the Philippines' very unique religious traditions. Not so far away from home. SOCSKSARGENS is a term used to call people from the SOCSKSARGEN provinces of the Philippines (South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani, and General Santos City).
