√®Coming together is the beginning√Ò√? Forty-two years ago, thirty-nine
Bicolano Navy wives did just that, primarily as a support group while
their husbands toiled the arduous task of maritime travel in the high
seas and foreign shores. Unbeknownst to them perhaps, that the
common bond they shared will form the genesis of what Bicol Club of
San Diego County is today ñ a flourishing and vibrant organization.
