Inc (CDCCPI) is now fifty years old in its history, it began in 1955 on the seashore of Lingayen Gulf in Nibaliw West, San Fabian Pangasinan, now named Brgy. Nibaliw Magliba. Mons. Dr. Rufino S. Magliba, DNDH ( Doctor Naturaphaty Divine Healer), 85 years old, a multicareer man, Divine Healer, father and fisherman has a divine vision through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. HE started his spiritual mission by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and healing the sick in the name of Christ (divine Healing) - San Fabian, Pangasinan.
