- Nuestra Senora de Guia
This is the "Nuestra Senora de Guia" (Our Lady of Guidance) Parish Church" site. The Nuestra Senora de Guia is the oldest Marian image in the Philippines. It was believed that it must been brought to the Philippines in 1521 by Magellan's own ships and was later sent by the Cebu native chiefs as a gift to one of the many rajahs in Manila in a Royal Decree dated August 9, 1578, the King of Spain declared Nuestra Senora de Guia as the "Sworn Patroness" of Manila by reason of the continual favors that she lavished on it. Also, the Ermita Church where the little statue stands is the historically the foremost amongst Marian shrines in the Philippines. The church is located on M.H. del Pilar corner A. Flores Sts., Ermita, Manila.

- Our Lady of the Pillar Parish
The first church of Pilar was an ordinary chapel made of wood with nipa roofing. It was built in the heart of Poblacion facing the East, just like the other parish churches with the exception of that of Morong town. The same church was used by the succeeding priest Fr. Felipe Gabino (1827-1833) and by the first returning Dominican priest Fr. Juan de Buenaventura (1833) who worked for the acceptance of the parish to the Dominican Order in its Provincial Chapter of 1833 - Pilar, Bataan.

Originally called Casiroman, San Jose was once a sitio of Tacloban when Tacloban was still a barrio of Basey, Samar. In 1885, Tacloban became a separate town from Basey. A Spanish friar, Fr. Ricardo Suarez assisted the barrio folks from the moro pirates who were then devastating their livelihood by building a barawalte. In memory for his values assistance the barrio was renamed San Ricardo - San Jose, Tacloban Cityt, Archdiocese of Palo.

The Parish of St. Therese of the Child Jesus was canonically erected in the Archdiocese of Caceres. This was in response to the demands of the faithful who are being cared for by two parishes: St. Raphael the Archangel and the Christ the King. With the concurrence of the priests of both parishes, the territorial jurisdiction of the new parish covers Barangay Sagurong, carved off from St. Raphael and Barangay San Jose, taken from Christ the King - San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.

Located on F. Cruz St., BF Homes Parañaque, our parish is part of the Vicariate of San Antonio De Padua, under the Diocese of Parañaque. The past years have been full of great blessings for our parish. From a makeshift structure of used G.I. sheets and donated lumber way back in 1982, our parish has grown over the years into a complex parish center that address the needs of its parishioners.
