The Philippine Nurses Association of America (PNAA) is a national association that was founded in 1979. Today they’ve grown, covering the four corners of the country from East to West, North to South, including Hawaii. Locally, we call ourselves Chapters of the National Association, hence the name Philippine Nurses Association of Oregon and Washington. Together we share a common goal, vision, and mission. The PNA-OR/WA officially joined the national association last March 2003. We were welcomed and acknowledged as the 30th chapter of the PNAA.
