A Philippine non-government women's organization in the Cordillera region. EBGAN works within a gender and development framework. It endeavors to keep in touch with the cultural roots in the Cordillera. It works towards awareness and development for a better community, society and world. EBGAN's issues revolve around women's health and general welfare, gender and development, environment and spirituality, reproductive health, gender-based violence and other related concerns. A partner of the PH Domain Foundation to provide connectivity in Mt. Province.
