- Alpha Sigma Phi Medical Fraternity
The Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity is the oldest and most distinguished fraternity created in the UERM College of Medicine. The fraternity was there during the inception of the center and still continues to flourish up to the present, producing brothers who are leaders in their respective fields here and abroad. The tradition started by the founding brothers continues to this day, with the present crop of members continuing to uphold academic excellence, coupled with service to the community. Throughout the years, the Alpha Sigma Phi has experienced smooth and rough times, but continues to prevail.

The Order of Asclepius is a community-oriented, non-profit, school-based organization dedicated to the service of our indigent fellowmen in promoting community health, prevention of illness and humanitarian services. The organization exists in accordance to the greatest order; Frater, Medica, and Servia which represents Brotherhood in Medicine Thru Service - College of Medicine, West Visayas State University, Iloilo City.
