  • Cadiz City
Cadiz, the northernmost city in the Province of Negros Occidental and Negros Island has always been identified as the place where one can buy the freshest of fish and the cheapest of dried fish. Little has been known of her however, and few have known her so well - because Cadiz is not just not fish. Her once lush and large stretch of sugarcane fields are gradually giving way to other profitable industries like bangus and prawn culture, forest tree plantations, socialized and low-cost housing subdivisions, cutflowers and irrigated rice-land plantations.

  • City Government of Cebu
The presence of large urban areas in its immediate and outlying vicinity has transformed the City of Cebu as the urban core and commerce center, with a pattern of activities that respect no boundaries due to the unrestricted and avoidable flow of goods and people. In addition the city as a regional center continue to radiate its influence to the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao regions. It must be noted that for the last four decades after World War II, the City of Cebu has metamorphosed as the center of education and culture; the hub of sea and air transport; and the center of trade and commerce. With Cebu City developing into a polar growth center, providing relief for in-migration into the Metro Manila Area into a considerable degree, it has absorbed the burdens of a high rate of in-migration from all over the Visayas and Mindanao.

  • City of Koronadal
The no. 1 most competetive small city in the Philippines. The word Koronadal is believed to have been derived from two Maguindanaoan words- koron or kolon meaning cogon grass and nadal or datal meaning plain which optly described the place to the natives. On the other hand, Marbel, which is another name for the poblacion, is a B'laan term "Marb-El" which means "murky waters" (it is possible that name was first used to) referring to a river, now called Marbel River.
