The Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) is an alliance of the business sector, civil society organizations, and the Church that fights corruption. Launched on 21 September 2004, its mission is to implement and support counter-corruption projects in the area of procurement and delivery of essential public services.

The Millennium Challenge Account - Philippines Threshold Program (MCA-PTP) is an anti-corruption and revenue administration enhancement initiative of the Philippine government. The MCA-PTP Technical Assistance Project (MCA-PTP TAP) helps the Philippine government achieve its MCA-PTP goals, mainly through capacity-building measures. It is supported by a US$20.6 million program grant provided by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a US government-owned corporation. The grant is administered by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Management Systems International - Sedeno corner Valero Sts., Salcedo Village, Makati City.

ransparency International, the global coalition against corruption, is a non-profit, politically non-partisan, non-governmental organization dedicated to increasing government accountability and curbing both international and national corruption. TI-Philippine Chapter is one of the over 120 National Chapters of Transparency International with Main Office in Berlin (Germany). TI publishes yearly the Corruption Index (CPI) of most countries. In 2009, the Philippines is ranked as the 139th most corrupt country (out of 180) in the world. We are as corrupt as Bangaldesh, Belarus, and Pakistan.
