The Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) is an alliance of the business sector, civil society organizations, and the Church that fights corruption. Launched on 21 September 2004, its mission is to implement and support counter-corruption projects in the area of procurement and delivery of essential public services.

The Millennium Challenge Account - Philippines Threshold Program (MCA-PTP) is an anti-corruption and revenue administration enhancement initiative of the Philippine government. The MCA-PTP Technical Assistance Project (MCA-PTP TAP) helps the Philippine government achieve its MCA-PTP goals, mainly through capacity-building measures. It is supported by a US$20.6 million program grant provided by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a US government-owned corporation. The grant is administered by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by Management Systems International - Sedeno corner Valero Sts., Salcedo Village, Makati City.

The Transparent Accountable Governance project is an attempt to summarize how, why and to what degree corruption exists in Philippine society. This integrated approach relies on public opinion survey research, investigative reports, case studies, and briefings to engage the public in a discussion on corruption.
