A blog dedicated to showing pics of traffic violators in Metro Manila, in the hope that everyone will be scared or shamed into following the law of the road, or that the MMDA or the local government will start enforcing the laws properly and apprehending these violators. Why NOCCRAP? Because it is high time that the entire Filipino citizenry and consumers in particular raise their united voices and say to the corrupt, inefficient, wasteful and even criminal government officials, that we will not take any more crap. No more crap! And to say the same to business establishments that earn money through cheating, deceit, smuggling, fake products and other crminal and devious ways. No more crap! We won't take anymore crap! We will expose you and call you out for what you really are. With power comes great responsibility, and you, government and businesses are certainly powerful. And you have clearly failed this responsibility if you ever find a place in the pages of this blog.
