She has performed with Singapore Repertory Theater ("Fabric"), East West Players [LA] ("The World Goes 'Round") and has been featured in the Mark Taper Ahmanson production of David Henry Hwang's adaptation of "Flower Drum Song" by Rodgers & Hammerstein (taking over the lead role from Lea Salonga). Most recently, Jennifer has recorded an acoustic CD, "Awakening", which features duets with Jose Llana ("In Whatever Time We Have") and Lea Salonga ("For Good"). Jennifer plans on touring in major cities across the country in 2006 to promote her CD.

When the Biltmore was torn down to make way for today's Hyatt Hotel,he was offered a 3-month contract as a pianist, band leader and musical director at the famed Kahala Hilton.
