Aggressively striving for excellence! One of the oldest institutions of learning in Southern Tagalog Region. Founded in 1914 as Odiongan Farm School, it offered intermediate course in Agriculture where emphasis was laid in the fundamental agricultural practices. Today, the College has three branches: The Main Campus with one satellite campus in Sawang, Romblon, RSC Tablas Branch in San Andres, Romblon with satellite campuses in San Agustin, Calatrava, Santa Maria, and Santa Fe and RSC Sibuyan Branch in San Fernando, Romblon with satellite campus in Cajidiocan - Odiongan, Romblon.
