Tau Omega Mu, which stands for The Outstanding Masters, started as a brotherhood of leaders who aim to be outstanding in all of their endeavors, as guided by the Fraternity's five basic principles, which are the following: • Brotherhood/Sisterhood, • Academic Excellence, • Service, • Equal Opportunities, and • Discipline.
