Jotay is a small and friendly resort located at the north eastern tip of the Philippines in the Cagayan Valley. Surrounded by the waters of the Babuyan Channel, South China Sea and the Pacific Ocean, and is ideal for snorkeling, fishing and dolphin watching.

Slers began as a personal culinary endeavor in 1969, when Fely Pelaez learned to prepare delicious smoked country ham in her home at Del Monte, Bukidnon. That year, family members and friends bought her ham for Noche Buena (Christmas dinner). The ham eventually became popular. So, what started out as a small hobby became a cottage industry, and later a family corporation, selling also in Cagayan de Oro, and now in Manila - Cagayan de Oro City.
