We can only achieve so much with culinary skills and state-of-the-art equipment. To achieve the levels we want, there is no substitute for a constant discovery of better ingredients. When we combine excellent culinary skills, top-of-the-line ingredients and a dining ambience with a 4000-line wine menu the resulting dining experience has got to be quite memorable.
