Paper Capers International (PCI) was established in the family’s ancestral home in Quezon City, Philippines in the first quarter of 1988 as a subcontractor for a major exporter of ladies’ fashion accessories and novelty gift items. It diversified into paper mache-based seasonal display, small-home decorations and thematic handicrafts for foreign specialty stores. To meet client orders, it gradually evolved into a factory specializing in novel finishes, trims and touches for home and commercial decors.
Now, PCI is a global supplier of custom-made, avant garde, labor intensive packaging boxes for an international bath and beauty product line - Sumulong Highway, Antipolo City.
