The farm is presently focused on raising SASSO chickens. SASSO (Selection Avicole de la Sarthe et du Sud-Ouest) is a breeding company based in France that specializes in the breeding of quality colored chickens. SASSO has used their traditional French-Native selection and has improved its genetic potential. Pamora Farm's production began in 2002 with a monthly capacity of 200 broilers. Today, the monthly capacity has reached nearly 1500 broilers. The farm's operation is fully integrated with the slaughtering and the packaging, the frozen chickens being ready for distribution, cooking and eating. Aside from offering their products, the Company has started constructing guesthouses within the Farm area to promote local tourism to Filipinos and foreign nationals within and outside the country - Pidigan, Abra.
