The area is divided into three, based on the different stages of a game bird's life; namely, breeding (Hacienda Antonia), rearing (Hacienda Progreso), and cording (Hacienda Magdalena). At the same time, he has some corded fighting cocks showcased at his two-hectare home in Tangub, Bacolod City.
