Paradise Cable Television Network, Inc. (PCTV) was incorporated and started operations in 1994 to service the island of Boracay. This was established through the efforts of its sister company, Aklan Cable Television Co., Inc. (ACTV) that is servicing the Provincial Capital of Kalibo and the peripheral towns of Numancia, Banga, New Washington, Makato, Lezo and Ibajay.
