Bacarra is an agricultural town laid at the northwestern part center of the Province of Ilocos Norte within the coordinates of 120° 36’31.42” to 120°45’37” latitude and 18° 15’ 31.42” to 18°17’55” longitude. It is bounded on the north by the Municipality of Pasuquin, on the east by the Municipality of Vintar, on the west by the South China Sea and on the south by the City of Laoag.

Pagudpud is a sprawling and scenic town on the northwest tip of Luzon, the largest island in the Philippines. The hills and mountains are verdant, the valleys fertile. Creeks, streams and waterfalls splash the landscape and spill into the South China Sea. All around, the ocean and sky are awash in varying hues of blue.
