- Municipality of Dingalan
Dingalan has a mountainous terrain where lies the rugged Sierra Madre Mountain ranges from the Northwestern portion to the Southern part of the municipality. The vast mountain ranges are the source of rivers, streams and mountain springs crisscrossing the rugged terrain and draining towards the mouth of Dingalan Bay. There was strong belief that "Dingalan" is a Dumagat word, which means "By the River of Galan". True to its name, the municipality is sitting on its fifteen (15) rivers and creeks.

- Municipality of Dipaculao
The municipality of Dipaculao is situated on the central part of Aurora, roughly 12 kms from Baler, the capital town of the province. The area is bounded on the northwest by the province of Quirino, on the southeast by Baler Bay, and on the northeast and southwest by the municipalities of Dipaculao and Maria Aurora respectively.

Maria Aurora is one of the eight municipalities comprising the province of Aurora. It is the only non-coastal municipality of the province. It is bounded by Baler and Dipaculao on the east, San Luis on the south, the Province of Nueva Ecija on the west and the Province of Nueva Vizcaya on the north west.

- Municipality of San Luis
The municipality of San Luis is located in the central part of Aurora Province. The area is bounded on the north by the municipality of Maria Aurora, on the south by Dingalan, on the east by Baler (capital of the province), and the province of Nueva Ecija on the west. The municipality has a total land area of 62,068.17 hectares. This represents about 20% of the land area of Aurora Province. About 87% of the municipality’s land area is under hills and mountains, while the remaining 13% is lowlands.
From Baler, the municipality is about seven (7) kms away, and approximately 108 kms from Cabanatuan City.
