    The Municipality of Sabangan in the Mt. Province is a fast growing municipality in the province. Its primary source of income is from agriculture and marine products with a vast total of land area, half of which is surrounded by organic material. Pure mountainous area and lazy fields of flat lands are the primary tourist attraction that the municipality has to offer. Structures from 16th century still rise within the municipality proper as well as customs and traditions from the same era. There is now a growing number of manufacturing firms in the municipality and topping the list is the food processing industries comprising majority of the entire number of manufacturing firms. Food processing plants include the famous fruit extracts the land abundantly produces. Truly a land of plenty - Sabangan, Mt. Province.

    The name Sadanga was derived from the English word \"sad\" (lonely) and its local meaning \"Sanga\" which was put together by an American visitor to the place (Sad-Sanga). Some of the younger generations pronounce the name of Sad-sanga but the spelling remain as Sadanga. The town's vision is to be a self-reliant community with a politically matured, culturally enriched and spiritually strengthened people enjoying a sustainable economy in a peaceful and friendly environment governed by committed and enlightened leaders - Sadanga, Mt.
